Terms of Service

Using the service

• You need a valid account issued by your garage, or one you created as a garage owner.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the data you enter and for its accuracy.
• Do not misuse the service, probe its security, or attempt to reach another garage's data.

Accounts & access

Access is role-based and controlled by your garage administrator. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or presents a security risk.

You may close your account at any time — see Delete your account.

Plans & payment

• The Free plan is free, and stays free. Paid plans lift limits and unlock further features.
• Prices are shown in the app before you request an upgrade. Annual billing gives two months free.
• Upgrades are activated after payment is confirmed. A paid plan that lapses reverts to Free — your data is not deleted, but limits apply again.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your data

Your business data remains yours. We claim no ownership of the customers, vehicles, job cards or invoices you record. We process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Export your records to CSV from within the app at any time.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product evolves. We may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts access.

Intellectual property

The GarageDesk software, branding and design are owned by FLEX InfoTech Limited. These terms grant you a licence to use the service, not the software itself.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, FLEX InfoTech Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
