Getting set up

Do these once, in order — each one makes the next work properly:

1. Garage Settings — currency and tax rate. Every price and invoice depends on these, so set them first.
2. Service Bays — add one per physical work bay, so bookings can be assigned.
3. Services — your standard jobs and what you charge for them.
4. Parts — your stock, with cost and sell price.
5. Staff — a separate login for each person. Never share one account.
6. Customer & vehicle — then you are ready to take your first job card.

A checklist on your Dashboard tracks these and disappears once you're done. The full User Manual is built into the app, under Support & Legal.

Common questions

A record seems to be missing

Almost always the date range. Every list is limited to a period — widen the date filter at the top of the page and it will reappear.

I forgot my password

Your garage owner can reset it from Staff inside the app. If you are the owner and locked out, email us from your registered address.

A customer never got their quote or invoice

Open Messages — it logs every SMS, WhatsApp and email with its delivery status. If it failed, check the customer's phone number or email is correct, then send again.

Stock numbers look wrong

Run a Stock Take: count the shelves, enter what you actually counted, and post it. The system adjusts to your figure and logs the variance so you can see what drifted.

I've hit my plan limit

Open Subscriptions to see your usage and request an upgrade. Your data is never deleted for hitting a limit.

How do I get my data out?

Every list has an Export CSV button that exports every matching row, not just the page you can see. Use it for backups and for your accountant.
