FLEX InfoTech Limited operates GarageDesk, workshop-management software for auto garages. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible
GarageDesk is provided by FLEX InfoTech Limited, Dhaka, Bangladesh. For anything in this policy, contact hello@flexinfosys.com.
GarageDesk is business software. Your garage is the owner of the business records kept in it; we process that data on the garage's behalf.
What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, calendar, files, or advertising identifiers. There are no third-party ad or tracking SDKs in GarageDesk.
How we use it
- To provide the garage-management features you ask for.
- To secure your account and prevent unauthorized access to your garage's data.
- To deliver messages you initiate — a quote link, an approval request, an invoice, a service reminder.
- To diagnose problems and improve reliability.
We never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who else sees it
Your data is stored per-garage and is visible only to authorized users of your own garage — never to another garage using GarageDesk.
We share data with service providers only to the extent needed to run the service:
- Hosting — our servers, which store your data.
- Message delivery — SMS, WhatsApp and email providers, used only to deliver the messages you send.
We also disclose data where the law requires it.
Security
- All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
- Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — never in readable form on our servers.
- Access is role-based: staff see only what their role allows.
- Each garage's data is isolated from every other garage's.
How long we keep it
Business records are kept while your garage's account is active, because your garage needs them — invoices and job cards typically have to be retained for tax and warranty purposes.
If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days and purged from backups within 90. See Delete your account for exactly what goes and what stays.
Your rights
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — fix your name, email, phone or photo yourself under My Profile in the app.
- Deletion — request erasure at any time: Delete your account.
- Objection — tell us if you disagree with how we handle your data.

Children
GarageDesk is business software and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the date at the top of this page will change.
